Project Abstract

We are cooperating with the Open Knowledge Foundation (http://okfn.org/) to create a composite indicator that measures open knowledge across different countries. One dimension that we want to capture is the diffusion of OSS across different countries. We will utilize data about activity statistics on projects in recent years by countries and more specifically the number of developers by country and the number of downloads by country.
