Project Title

Service Interaction Networks, The design and delivery of complex IT-centric services.

Researchers

Leila Zamani, School of Information Technologies, The University of Sydney

Project Abstract

This research proposes to develop a conceptual model of service interaction network and investigate the parameters which have effects on interactions between the network's agents. This research also explores the relations between these parameters and the effectiveness of the network. To test the proposed process model of service interaction network, real world data is required. Since OSS projects provide good examples of interactions between developers and users to fix bugs or make new features, the data are acquired from SourceForge.net which is the world's largest OSS development website.
